About Me.

When I entered perimenopause and eventually transitioned into post-menopause, I was frustrated by the lack of support and resources available for women in this life stage. It became clear to me that the medical community, despite all its advancements, had limited training and understanding when it came to the specific needs of menopausal women. I felt lost and often had to rely on trial and error to manage my symptoms.

Through my own journey, I turned to books, research, and eventually certification programs to find answers. What I discovered is that most of the popular advice out there simply doesn't apply to women in menopause. Menopause is not just a continuation of pre-menopausal life—it's a whole new phase, marked by "inflammaging," a unique type of inflammation that emerges during menopause. What works for women in their younger years doesn’t work once the body starts going through these changes.

 

Determined to change this narrative, I developed a scientifically backed program specifically designed for women in menopause. As the founder and creator of the TRIM Menopause Group Program, I am helping women regain control of their health and well-being during this life stage. For those who prefer more privacy or a 1:1 approach, I also offer private coaching calls. These one-on-one sessions focus on individualized strategies and provide high-level support for weight loss and overall wellness without being in an app-based program. 

My mission is to help women not just survive menopause but thrive through it, embracing healthy longevity. It’s not about suffering through these changes—it's about feeling better, living better, and aging better!

Certifications

Menopause Weight Loss Coach

This certification, recognized by NASM, ISSA, and AFFA, equips me with a specialized understanding of how hormonal changes during menopause affect weight gain, metabolism, and overall health. The program emphasizes a science-based approach, focusing on lifestyle adjustments, such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management, specifically tailored for women in midlife. Through this certification, I am able to guide clients in reducing inflammation, improving sleep, and supporting liver health to achieve sustainable weight loss and overall wellness during menopause

Professional Wellness Coach

I have a strong foundation in holistic wellness principles, focusing on nutrition, physical fitness, stress management, and lifestyle changes to improve overall well-being. I've gained practical skills in client assessment, goal setting, and creating personalized wellness plans. I also emphasize communication and motivational techniques, which help guide clients toward sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes.

TRIM Bootcamp Trainer

I was the first certified TRIM Trainer and played a key role in developing the training curriculum. As the Director of Training, I not only worked with clients but also trained and mentored other coaches to train clients effectively. The TRIM program focuses on a combination of macro-based nutrition, carb cycling, intermittent fasting, and strength training, designed to promote sustainable weight loss and improved overall health. My responsibilities included creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans, providing ongoing support, and ensuring clients remained accountable and motivated throughout their journey.

Advanced Nutrition 

I am currently completing my Advanced Nutrition Certification, which keeps me up to date on the latest evidence-based nutritional practices. This certification deepens my expertise in macro and micronutrient requirements, metabolism, and specialized nutrition for different populations, including athletes and individuals with specific health conditions. By integrating this advanced knowledge, I am able to offer even more personalized and effective nutrition plans, ensuring my clients receive the best guidance for their health and wellness goals.

This free 20-minute discovery call allows us to explore whether my coaching is the right fit for your needs. We’ll discuss your health goals, challenges, and where you need support. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and discover which option will serve you best. This no-pressure call is a great way for us both to determine if working together will help you thrive in menopause & beyond

1:1 Coaching Calls

After your free discovery call, we’ll work together to create a personalized coaching package tailored to your specific goals and needs. Each 45-minute session will focus on providing individualized support and strategies to help you succeed. Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed assessment intake form that will allow me to develop a custom approach just for you. These sessions give you the tools and guidance to achieve long-lasting health and wellness.

TRIM Menopause Program

Join a supportive community of women navigating the same life stage in the TRIM Menopause Group Program. You’ll have access to a 24/7 on-demand workout library, a nutrition tracking tool to keep your goals on track, and daily accountability to help you stay motivated. This app-based program offers the structure and resources you need to thrive in menopause and beyond, all while connecting with others in this same stage of life.
